Derived datasets supporting the analysis in "Antecedent streamflow state predicts when droughts reach rivers, but recovery depends on within-event dynamics." Files:- tier1_3606_SPEI_SSI_timeseries.csv (156 MB): Monthly SPEI and SSI time series (3- and 6-month accumulations) for 3,606 non-arid Tier 1 CONUS basins (1980-2025).- all_events_with_dynamic_bfi.csv (47 MB): All drought events (propagated, buffered, independent) with event-level dynamic baseflow index, recession constant, and discharge coefficient of variation.- matched_pairs_dynamic.csv (13 MB): Matched meteorological-hydrological drought pairs with dynamic catchment memory metrics and static basin attributes.
