ITS2 sequencing of Tara Pacific coral samples

The ITS2 gene marker has been chosen to target the coral symbiotic alga for three coral genera : Pocillopora, Porites and Millepora across the Pacific ocean.本研究选取ITS2基因标记（ITS2 gene marker）作为靶标，针对太平洋海域分布的鹿角珊瑚属（Pocillopora）、滨珊瑚属（Porites）与千孔珊瑚属（Millepora）三个珊瑚属的珊瑚共生藻类开展研究。
