This study reveals that Rap1a knockout protects against AngII-induced cardiac hypertrophy, while RAGE knockout alters remodeling patterns. Despite genotype, AngII consistently drove structural changes, while diastolic function was genotype-dependent. These findings underscore the therapeutic potential of targeting Rap1a and RAGE signaling pathways to mitigate hypertensive cardiac remodeling.
