CBX2 overexpression in the OVCAR4 high grade serous cell line

CBX2 regulates the tumor immune microenvironment of high grade serous carcinoma. Through genetic knockdown and overexpression, we discovered that CBX2 regulates immune regulated genes, promotes macrophage polarization, and phagocytosis. CBX2 was cloned from full-length OVCAR4 cDNA into the pCDH-CMV-MCS-EF1-Puro vector. OVCAR4 cells were transduced with pCDH-CMV-MCS-EF1-Puro or pCDH-CMV-MCS-EF1-Puro-CBX2 using lentiviral particles. The gene expression profiles of OVCAR4 vector-control and a CBX2 overexpression cell lines were compared using RNAseq with two replicates for each.
