This study focuses on a specific gene family, with core objectives to systematically analyze at the whole-genome level: accurately identify family members, characterize sequence and structural features, construct evolutionary relationships, and explore expression patterns. It aims to clarify their functional roles and regulatory mechanisms in biological processes such as growth, development, and environmental stress response. Additionally, an efficient whole-genome analysis platform for gene families will be established, integrating modular tools (e.g., sequence alignment, functional annotation, phylogenetic analysis) to achieve automation and standardization of the analytical workflow.This research boasts significant scientific value and application relevance. It helps reveal the origin and evolutionary rules of the gene family as well as the functional synergy mechanisms among its members, enriching the theoretical system of genomics. Furthermore, it provides key theoretical basis and genetic resources for practices including species genetic improvement, stress-resistant breeding, and functional gene mining, playing a crucial supporting role in enhancing agricultural production quality, conserving biodiversity, and advancing applied research in related fields.
