Raw qPCR gene expression datasets associated with fourth-generation CAR T-cell therapy targeting CD133 and integrin αvβ6 in cholangiocarcinoma xenograft models

This repository contains raw quantitative real-time PCR (qPCR) datasets generated from cholangiocarcinoma xenograft tissues following treatment with fourth-generation CAR T cells targeting CD133 and integrin αvβ6. The dataset includes raw Ct values, absolute copy number quantification data, GAPDH-normalized expression values, metadata, and statistical summary data for VEGF, MMP9, COX-2, PGE2, TGF-β, TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-10 expression analyses. Experimental model:BALB/c nude mice bearing KKU-213A cholangiocarcinoma xenografts. The repository supports the findings reported in the associated manuscript submitted to Scientific Reports.
