Effect of knockdown of BAP18 on gene expression of PLC/PRF/5 cells

The goals of this study are to screen out BAP18-regulated differentially expressed genes in HCC cells by utilizing RNA-sequencing. Firstly, PLC/PRF/5 cells were respectively transfected with lentivirus-delivered shBAP18 and shcontrol. Then, the cells were harvested by Trizol RNA isolater and analyzed by High througput RNA-sequencing. And gene expression profiling was analyzed using data obtained from RNA-sequencing.
