In this study, we isolated the exosomes derived from macrophage treated with or withnot silica for 48h, and identified a subset of differentially expressed miRNAs enriched in the exosomes compared with blank control Small RNA-Seq data of RNA extracted from exosomes from macrophage treated with silica or not, each group has 3 independent repetition.
