资源简介:
Effect of (+)-naloxone and LPS challenge on gestation length, litter size and early post-natal survival and growth. Pregnant C57Bl/6 mice were administered LPS (S. typhimurium, 20 μg/kg) or PBS i.p. on gd 16.5, followed by (+)-naloxone (60 mg/kg) or PBS i.p. on gd 16.5, 17.0, 17.5 and 18.0, then allowed to progress to birth. (A) Gestation length; (B) number of viable pups born per dam; (C) pup weight at 12-24 h; (D) pup weight at 8 days; (E) % pups loss by 3 wks (% born), and (F) number of viable pups at 3 wks per dam, are shown. Data are mean ± SEM analyzed by two-way ANOVA.a,b Different letters indicate differences between groups, p < 0.05. Number of pregnant dams per group is shown in parentheses.Supplemental Figure 1 from:Toll-like receptor-4 antagonist (+)-naloxone attenuates fetal programming of offspring growth and adiposity in miceChin P-Y, Dorian C, Sharkey DJ, Hutchinson MR, Rice KC, Moldenhauer LM, Robertson SA.
