Persistence Control SFA: SynCom 16S rRNA Sequencing of Synthetic Rhizosphere Community (SRC1). unclassified sequences

16S rRNA sequence analysis of an engineered synthetic rhizosphere community (SRC1) assembled from 57 microbial strains, including 42 strains from network analysis and 15 strains from the isolation of sorghum-exudate utilizing microbes. SRC1 growth was conducted in three environments: in vitro on solid media, in planta under gnotobiotic laboratory conditions, and in planta under native field conditions.
