Extended dataset 1. Extracted dataset for the meta-analysis of psychiatric disorder-associated <i>ANK3</i> SNPs

This table contains the raw extracted data used in the meta-analysis of ANK3 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) associated with multiple psychiatric disorders, including bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and major depressive disorder. For each SNP, the dataset provides the study population group, first author, publication year, odds ratio (OR), and 95% confidence interval (lower and upper limits). Data were retrieved from the studies cited in references 30–56. These values formed the basis for the pooled effect size calculations presented in the meta-analysis.
