Effect of Gpr85 constitutive deficiency on gene expression of the adult zebrafish cerebral gpr85-expressing cells.

We investigated the transcriptomic changes caused by Gpr85 constitutive depletion focusing on the cerebral cells naturally expressing gpr85. scRNAseq experiment on zebrafish dissociated and cell sorted gpr85-expressing cells from a control versus a Gpr85 knock out adult brain.
