PGCA-Based Enforcement Architecture for Digital Public Services: LSS Demonstration Dataset and Research Materials

This repository contains supporting materials for the paper: "From SOP Documentation to SOP Enforcement: A PGCA-Based Architecture for Digital Public Services." The repository includes: • LSS Part Number Coding System demonstration dataset.• Validation and authorization workflow examples.• Figure 1 and Figure 2 used in the manuscript.• Supporting documentation and research materials. The study proposes the Plan–Guarantee–Check–Act (PGCA) framework and an enforcement-oriented information system architecture designed to reduce the gap between SOP documentation and SOP execution. The materials provided in this repository support transparency, reproducibility, and future research on digital governance, compliance-by-design, workflow automation, and execution certainty.
