Promotion of Melanoma Cells' Proliferation by Cyclic Strain-ing through Regulatory Morphogenesis

To investigate the functions of cyclic straining in promotion of melanoma cells' proliferation. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of cells under different experiment condition. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for B16 cells under cyclic straining or inhibitor treatment.
