Data Collection Content: To further study the impact of ECC material as a tensile layer material on steel bar corrosion in shield tunnel segment structures, ECC tensile specimens with ECC-wrapped steel bars were designed based on the stress properties of the ECC layer of ECC-RC specimens. Initial crack defects were created through four-point bending loading, with sustained loading grade and corrosion rate as research variables. This dataset collects the strain of steel bars during specimen stretching, the corrosion degree at different positions on the internal steel bar surface of the specimens, the mass loss of steel bars after the test, and the cracking of the ECC wrapping layer. Collection Plan: Strain gauges were installed on the steel bar surface and ECC material to monitor the strain changes of steel bars and ECC in real time, and record the stress-strain relationship during the tensile sustained loading process. After the experiment, the ECC material was stripped, and the steel bars were scanned using 3D scanning technology, and processed with MATLAB to obtain the full-length cross-sectional area distribution of the corroded steel bars to evaluate the uniformity of corrosion. The mass of the steel bars before and after the test was weighed using a precision electronic balance, and the mass loss was calculated to quantitatively analyze the corrosion degree of the steel bars.
