Raw data of Dendrobium officinale

The Dendrobium officinale plantlets with 8-9 cm in height, grew on half-strength Murashige and Skoog (MS) medium containing 2% sucrose and 0.6% agar (pH 5.4) in a growth chamber (26 +/-1 C, 40 u mol m-2 s-1, 12-h light/12-h dark). For salinity treatment, these plantlets were transferred into half-strength MS containing 2% sucrose and 0.6% agar, which supplied with 250 mM NaCl (pH 5.4) to conduct salinity stress treatment. The root and leaf samples at 0, 4 and 12 h after treatment were harvested, frozen in liquid nitrogen and used for RNA isolation.
