InParanoidDB

InParanoiDB is a database containing groups of orthologs and inparalogs for 640 species. The InParanoid database provides a user interface to orthologs inferred by the InParanoid algorithm. InParanoid release 8 is based on the 66 reference proteomes that the 'Quest for Orthologs' community has agreed on using, plus 207 additional proteomes from the UniProt complete proteomes--in total 273 species.InParanoiDB（InParanoiDB）是一个收录640个物种的直系同源基因（orthologs）与内旁系同源基因（inparalogs）类群的专业数据库。该数据库提供了基于InParanoid算法推断出的直系同源基因的用户交互界面。InParanoid 8.0版本以“直同源基因探寻计划（Quest for Orthologs）”社区约定使用的66个参考蛋白质组为基础，额外纳入了来自UniProt完整蛋白质组的207个新增蛋白质组，总计涵盖273个物种。
