主要任务是收集、整理、汇总和分析全国持证矿山企业矿山开发利用的相关统计信息，每年编辑发布矿山开发利用统计通报和年报，并以此为基础开展统计分析和专题研究，编写相关报告。目的是全面、及时、准确地反映全国矿产资源开发利用状况和形势，为国家有关部门、各级自然资源主管部门制定规划、政策和进行宏观管理提供依据，为社会公众提供完善的矿产资源开发利用统计信息服务。

The core task of this dataset is to collect, sort out, summarize and analyze relevant statistical information on mining development and utilization of nationwide licensed mining enterprises. It compiles and releases statistical bulletins and annual reports on mining development and utilization on an annual basis, and conducts statistical analysis and thematic research based on such materials to compile relevant reports. The goal is to comprehensively, timely and accurately reflect the status and situation of national mineral resources development and utilization, provide a basis for relevant national departments and natural resources authorities at all levels to formulate plans, policies and carry out macro-management, and offer comprehensive statistical information services related to mineral resources development and utilization for the general public.
