TCR repertoire of identical twins study

In this study we investigate basic mechanisms of T cell receptor (TCR) sequence sharing between individuals: convergent recombination and in utero blood exchange.For this we characterised TCR repertoires of adult healthy identical twin donors, and also cord blood and sorted memory and naive T-cells from donors of various age.Here we deposit raw sequencing reads for TCR alpha and TCR beta repertoires for healthy donors.
