Transcriptome Exploration of the Mechanisms of yellow pigment Biosynthesis in Cambial Meristematic Cells of Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch

We established two cambium meristematic cell lines from wild Rehmannia glutinosa root tuber induction and in vitro culture. Both cell lines are very delicate and soft, appearing as single cells or small cell clusters under the microscope. One is called REG-CMC-1, which appears as yellow pigment and is rich in R.glutinosa yellow pigment; One is called REG-CMC-2, which appears white and contains almost no yellow pigment.
