RNA-seq of Huh7 cell lines. Homo sapiens

To explore the potential mechanisms of acquired resistance to FGFR4 inhibitors, We generated resistant cell lines by long-term culture of Huh7 cells with BLU-554 at 1uM. We then performed RNA sequencing and differential expression analysis between parental and resistant cell lines. Gene expression analysis was also conducted to compare the RNA sequencing data of resistant cell lines treated with BLU-554 alone vs data generated from combinatory treatment with BLU-554 and gefitinib to study the functional roles of bypass pathways and their downstream signaling components.
