Dataset for "Exploring the Interplay Between BMI, Subjective Body Image Perception, and Health Behaviors: A cross-sectional study"

This dataset contains the anonymized, minimal data used in the study titled “Exploring the Interplay Between BMI, Subjective Body Image Perception, and Health Behaviors: A cross-sectional study.” The data were collected from a population-based health survey and include variables such as BMI categories, body image perception, sociodemographic factors, and health-related behaviors.This minimal dataset is provided to support transparency and allow for replication of the main analyses conducted in the study, including descriptive statistics and multivariate regression models.
