COVID-19 has been wildly spreading worldwide. We aimed to characterize the difference in immunoglobulin repertoire between the B cells reactive to spike protein of SARS-CoV-2 and the non-reactive memory B cells of patients convalescing from Covid-19 by single-cell immunoglobulin sequencing. This might help develop neutralizing mAbs against SARS-CoV-2.
