This study is aimed to identify plant genes response to heat stress by analyzing genome-wide gene expression profile between a plant heat sensitive mutant, atgrxs17, and wild type Arabidopsis plants under heat stress. The goal is to understand the mechanisms underlying temperature perception (sensation) and responses, cell communication, signaling pathways, and thermotolerance in plants.
