MIDAS-I

This dataset is a subset screened from the MIDAS dataset, which includes 50 manually annotated intracranial arterial labels from magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) volumes. The core region of each raw MRA volume is cropped to a size of 224×208×64. Comprising 50 annotated volumetric samples, this dataset is designed for the task of intracranial artery segmentation.
