Population figures resulting from the revision of the Municipal Register on 1 January

List of inhabitants of the municipalities of Castellonense since 1996-2021. Data obtained from the National Institute of Statistics (INE) If in the data series in some year there is no population is because at the reference date there was no municipality. The 1996 figures refer to 1 May and the others to 1 January. There are no figures as of 1 January 1997 because no revision of the register was carried out for that year
