This dataset presents results from a 3-month pot experiment evaluating the effects of different struvite application rates (0–20 g kg⁻¹ soil) and reference KH₂PO₄ fertilization (1 and 8 g kg⁻¹ soil) on soybean (SOY ACASSA C1). The dataset includes soil pH, plant growth parameters, biomass production, root development, survival, flowering, and yield traits, as well as leaf chlorophyll content and photosynthesis parameters measured under dark- and light-adapted conditions (Fo, Fm, Fv, Fv/Fm, Fv/Fo, Fm/Fo, Y(II)). The data enable assessment of dose-dependent effects of struvite and comparison between slow-release and readily soluble phosphorus sources on soybean physiological performance and productivity.
