31741 TriState Fiber - Permitting Profile Summary

This form is the final step of the permitting research phase for the 31741 TriState Fiber Feasibility project (VA/WV/MD). It is completed once per jurisdiction, and only after that jurisdiction's full checklist research is considered complete. The form captures the subset of permitting information that directly feeds the GIS feasibility analysis — access status, construction method constraints, separation distances, environmental triggers, permitting complexity, and schedule risk. It does not replace the full checklist research workbook; it summarizes the GIS-relevant conclusions from it. Select your route first. The entity selection dropdown will appear, and will be filtered to only the jurisdictions assigned to your route. You can search manually or start typing to narrow the results. Once you select a jurisdiction from the list, the rest of the questions will appear. Submit one record per jurisdiction.
