100G/400G光模块及系统测试数据集主要面向低功耗高集成度高性能 100G/400G 光传输系统现网示范和测试技术研究建设，基于中国信通院实验室的网络测试仪、光谱分析仪、光功率计、光调制信号分析仪、可调衰减器等产生，主要记录了①基于100GPAM4的400G以太网光模块测试数据、②基于PM-QPSK的100G模块及系统测试数据、③基于PM-16QAM的400G模块及系统测试数据等观测值，数据量214.04KB。The 100G/400G optical module and system test dataset is designed for the research, construction, on-site network demonstration and testing technology development of low-power, high-integration and high-performance 100G/400G optical transmission systems. It is generated using instruments including network testers, spectrum analyzers, optical power meters, optical modulation signal analyzers and tunable attenuators from the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT) laboratory. The dataset mainly records the following observed data: ① Test data of 400G Ethernet optical modules based on 100G PAM4; ② Test data of 100G modules and systems based on PM-QPSK; ③ Test data of 400G modules and systems based on PM-16QAM, and other related observations. The total size of the dataset is 214.04 KB.
