Phosphorus but not nitrogen addition affects subtropical forestsoil AM fungal community assembly and the function al guild composition

A 5-year N and P addition experiment was conducted in a Chinese subtropical forest. Based on a dataset of consecutive six-season soil samplings, we investigated the responses of AM fungal diversity, community assembly pattern and functional guild composition to N and/or P amendments.
