Annotation datasets for soil microbiome analysis under Phytophthora nicotianae pressure: Gene IDs, ARDB, CAZy, and COG classifications

This dataset contains comprehensive annotation results from a soil microbiome study investigating the effects of Phytophthora nicotianae (causal agent of tobacco black shank disease) on microbial communities. The dataset includes: 1. 1_Gene_IDs.csv.gz: Complete gene IDs 2. 2_ARDB.csv.gz: Antibiotic Resistance Genes Database (ARDB) annotations 3. 3_CAZy.csv.gz: Carbohydrate-Active enZymes (CAZy) annotations 4. 4_COG.csv.gz: Clusters of Orthologous Groups (COG) functional classifications These annotations were derived from metagenomic analysis of soil samples under varying disease pressure conditions. The data supports the manuscript "Ecological and Genomic Dynamics of the Soil Microbiome Under Sustained Pressure from Phytophthora nicotianae" submitted to BMC Microbiology.
