The study of dietary salicylates on placental angiogenesis and mineral status in preeclampsia

[ENG:]Data from experimental studies and studies involving pregnant women. Nutritional parameters, angiogenesis parameters, biochemical parameters, and mineral parameters in blood serum and placenta were analyzed. The data were obtained under grant no. 2021/43/B/NZ9/00177 funded by the National Science Center. Raw data collected in .xlsx files include: nutritional parameters (body weight, relative weights of internal organs, dietary intake), salicylates intake and their content in serum and urine, biochemical parameters (morphology, glucose, lipid metabolism, liver function parameters) analyzed in blood serum, angiogenesis parameters analyzed in blood serum and placenta (antiangiogenic and proangiogenic parameters, VEGF receptor R2 content), and mineral parameters (Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, Cu) analyzed in blood serum, amniotic fluid, and tissues.Data contains a ReadMe file.
