Co-benefits or tradeoffs associated with coral heat tolerance - Symbiodiniaceae sequences

Testing the associations between coral heat tolerance, growth and fecundity. Here we share the Symbiodiniaceae sequences which show the composition of the symbiont community, which did not correlate with host heat tolerance. Therefore, further relationships between host heat tolerance and growth or fecundity are for a population sharing the same symbiont type. Host coral species is Acropora digitifera.
