Rapid enrichment of PHA-accumulating bacteria

Enrichment of polyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA)-acumulating bacteria from activated sludge in municipal wastewater treatment plants within a short period has been studied by aerobic dynamic feeding process and aerobic dynamic discharge process, and variations of bacterial community compositions before and after enrichment were analyzed.
