The Objaverse Collection of Italian Cultural Heritage 2025

The Objaverse collection of Italian cultural heritage is a subset of Objaverse1.0 and contains 1416 3D models of cultural heritage objects, ranging from prehistoric to modern age. The models were selected from the more than 800k 3D models in Objaverse1.0 by selecting models classified as cultural heritage and either designated "Italy" in the metadata or geo-localised in Italy. This dataset was created by the EU-project 3DBigDataSpace and aims to share the collection, especially for training of AI models to recognize objects or features. It can also be used for validation of 3D generative modeling and zero-shot generalization. Research applications include -validation of- single-image to 3D generation and training 3D foundation models.
