资源简介:
The later reactions of the gibberellin (GA) biosynthetic and inactivation pathway of plants are catalysed by 2-oxoglutarate-dependent dioxygenases. The rice genome contains four paralogues of GA20ox, two paralogues of GA3ox and ten paralogues of GA2ox. Hexaploid bread wheat is predicted to possess up to three homoeologues of each paralogue, approximately 48 genes in total. A chromosome arm assembly of the wheat wheat genome (DOI:10.1126/science.1251788) provided contigs containing full-length sequences for 15 of these genes. To develop assemblies of additional genes, 454 sequence reads from study ERP000319 were identified by BLAST and assembled into contigs. These contigs were used as templates to identify and assemble wheat chromosome-arm specific Illumina HiSeq reads from study ERP003210. Assemblies were annotated by comparison with orthologous rice genes.
