IMPROVEMENT OF DEPOSIT OPERATIONS THROUGH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF FOREIGN EXPERIENCE IN THE BANKING SYSTEM OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

the article examines the directions for improving deposit operations of commercial banks in the Republic of Uzbekistan based on the analysis of foreign experience. Modern models of forming banks’ resource base, mechanisms for diversifying the deposit portfolio, and tools for enhancing the stability of attracted funds are explored. Particular attention is given to the adaptation of combined deposit products, digital tools for deposit management, and the integration of Islamic financial models through the Islamic windows mechanism. Practical recommendations for modernizing the deposit policy of national banks are developed.
