Genome sequencing of bacterial biocontrol agents against Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. albedinis in date palm. Bacillus halotolerans

In this study, we isolated four Bacillus subtilis isolates that are effective for the biocontrol of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. albedinis. These isolates were also able to promote growth and provide stress mitigation of date palm seedlings. Genome mining, and secreted metabolites analysis using LCMS and volatiles using GCMS technology allowed efficient description of there secondary metabolites arsenal effective against Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. albedinis.
