Nanomaterial-Mediated Negative Wear Technology: A Novel Microscale Additive Manufacturing Approach

This dataset presents the morphological, dimensional, phase and structural characterization results of functional micro/nanostructures fabricated via the Negweartech technique, and validates the application potential of this technique in the fabrication of micro-supercapacitors. The equipment used in this study is a home-made ball-on-flat micro-tribometer.
