Dataset for Xinix AI XPRIZE semifinals

These are the sequences generated from Xinix AI team during XPRIZE Rainforest semifinals over 24 hours of sampling and 48 hours of lab work. Note that these are a subset of the entire data generated because this is what we collected within the time frame of the competition. We used MinION sequencing (SQK-LSK114 with a FLO-MIN114 R10.4.1 flowcell) to generate these reads. We applied superaccuracy model with dorado basecaller for basecalling. ONTbarcoder (Srivathsan et al., 2021) was used to demultiplex the basecalled reads.
