Cicerone e la bellezza del diritto

The subject of this essay is the 'beauty' of Roman law and, in particular, of the production of law. This does not mean that the essay intends to confront one of the most obscure and controversial concepts in Western history, the beauty, but only that it will attempt to identify, at least by way of example, possible 'aesthetic' judgments both on the ius in general and on the style, language and arguments of the jurists as expressed in Cicero's works.
