This replication package accompanies the study titled "Serverless in Practice: Understanding Motivations, Challenges, and Strategies through a Socio-Technical Lens", which investigates real-world experiences of organizations adopting serverless computing. The study employs a qualitative, socio-technical grounded theory approach by analyzing 37 practitioner-authored blog posts and conducting 18 semi-structured interviews with professionals from diverse organizational contexts. The package includes the following sheets: Open coding on blog posts. Open coding on interview transcripts Axial coding or thematic mapping on motivations, challenges, and best practices. This package is intended to support transparency, reproducibility, and further research on the human and technical aspects of serverless adoption. It can serve as a valuable resource for researchers, practitioners, and educators exploring socio-technical dynamics in modern software architectures.
