资源简介:
This dataset contains geographic information, DOC concentrations, and DOM properties of water samples collected from the Amazon and Congo Rivers. The Amazon River was sampled near monthly from July 2011-November 2013 and the Congo River was sampled from September 2009-November 2010 from gauging stations near the outflow of each river. Samples were taken to study the seasonal properties of each river and how they compare in terms of molecular-level DOM composition as well as annual export. This dataset also contains FT-CIR MS peak lists for subsets that include mass peaks common in all samples, peaks unique to only Congo River samples, and peaks unique to only Amazon River samples. Portions of the Amazon River dataset have been previously published in a manuscript (https://doi.org/10.1029/2021GB006938) and archived in a repository (doi:10.26022/IEDA/111816).
