This FAIRsharing record describes: The Han Chinese Genomes Database (PGG.Han 2.0) serves as the central repository of the genomic data of the Han Chinese Genomes Project (Phase II). As is its current version, PGG.Han 2.0 archives genomic data of 137,012 Han Chinese individuals (a.k.a. Han100K). Some computational tools are available, as is an interface for data analysis and results visualization.
