The experiments were conducted to examine the effects of SRSF3 or SRSF7 on DROSHA cleavage of pri-mir-142_WT in human cells. Overall design: DICER-KO HCT116 cells were transfected with pXG, pXG-SRSF3 or pXG-SRSF7 and pri-mir-142_WT. Pre-mir-142 sequencing libraries of the transfected DICER-KO cells were generated using Ilime-seq (Le et al., 2022).
