ImageCAS-X

[Update 02-11-2026] Version 3 corrects segment naming artefacts in several cases where a short stretch of main branch before a bifurcation was assigned as a side branch (e.g LAD labelled as IM/D1). Labels have been corrected in centerline and segmentation files. Full details can be read in ImageCAS_dataset_v3/ImageCAS-X_log_of_changes.txt [Update 22-10-2026] Version 2 corrects several minor errors from V1: (1) extends the start position of every centerline so they touch the segmentation boundary at the coronary ostium, (2) fixes surface generation from segmentation mask which resulted in disconnected of several distal branches, (3) other centerline errors in 6 scans. Full details can be read in ImageCAS_dataset_v2/ImageCAS-X_log_of_changes.txt ImageCAS-X is a new dataset of voxel-wise annotations of the vessel lumen and coronary segments for 800 coronary computed tomography angiography scans from the publicly available ImageCAS dataset. The dataset also includes coronary centerlines, mesh surfaces, and scan-level descriptors for coronary dominance, image quality and coronary heart disease. Pretrained weights are also included for the 6 coronary segmentation methods.
