Spatial heterogeneity of bioavailable phosphorus in mangrove soils and the role of glomalin-related soil protein in phosphorus sequestration

Soil core samples (1 m depth) were collected from three distinct intertidal zones within the Zhangjiang Estuary Mangrove Nature Reserve, China: Kandelia obovata forest (high tidal level), Avicennia marina forest (medium tidal level), and mudflat (low tidal level). The data include soil physicochemical properties (pH, clay, silt, sand, TC, TN, SOC, T-GRSP, SOM-C/N, GRSP-C/N), phosphorus-related Indicators (Olsen-P concentration, BBP concentration, Soil-TP concentration, GRSP-P concentration), and iron-related Indicators (Exchangeable Fe, soil-Fe, GRSP-Fe).
