A source-preserving living dataset of psilocybin and psilocin publications, preprints, and trial records

This archive contains version 1.0.5 of the dataset described in the accompanying manuscript, A source-preserving living dataset of psilocybin and psilocin publications, preprints, and trial records. The corrected fixed snapshot contains 4,907 bibliographic and registry records. Review of all 517 originally unmatched external-comparison rows identified 165 identifier or linking failures, 217 omission rows representing 148 unique in-scope records, and 135 irrelevant query results. The confirmed omissions were ingested and the complete final decisions, ingestion log, and corrected rerun are included. The rights-sanitized public archive redistributes no source-derived abstracts, registry descriptions, keywords, or unrestricted payloads. It retains bibliographic facts, derived annotations, source links, text-availability indicators, and allowlisted factual source derivation. CC BY 4.0 applies only to compiler-held rights in selection and arrangement, normalization, original annotations, validation outputs, and documentation.
