Count-Indexed Hospital Service Support Thresholds: California HCAI 2012–2024 Reproducibility Archive

Purpose: reproducibility package supporting the count-indexed supportability evidence used in Energetic-Demographic Thresholds for Collective Intelligence. The archive contains the HCAI source inputs used by the analyses, harmonization and analysis code, derived panels, threshold estimates, the locked out-of-time threshold-transport and vulnerability follow-up, bootstrap and permutation outputs, figures, audit material, and manuscript-integration evidence. The numerical threshold-transport test passes strongly. The separate threshold-margin vulnerability test fails for the broad provider-contraction outcome. The post-hoc support-layer-loss diagnostic is exploratory. This deposit is analytically independent of the Paper 1 Model C simulation and does not depend on its H/N branch or temporal-prediction/AUC results.
