Pseudomonas stutzeri ATCC 14405 = CCUG 16156 Genome sequencing and assembly

Sequencing and complete de novo genome assembly (using a combination of PacBio long reads and Illumina MiSeq data) as basis for further functional genomics, proteomics and protein expression studies including the identification of i) gene products involved in anaerobic respiration ii) functionally-relevant short ORFs and iii) components for membrane protein expression.
